53 ASCRS•ASOA Winter Update 2013 Meeting Description ASCRS•ASOA is pleased to present ASCRS•ASOA Winter Update 2013: Concepts and Controversies for the Anterior Segment Practice. This program features a low attendee to faculty ratio, providing exceptional access and networking throughout the meeting. The expert faculty will use a combination of discussion, debates, and case presentations to delve into anterior segment hot topics and controversies. Sessions will include glaucoma, cataract, refractive, and cornea, with an update on retina. An ASOA Practice Management Track for Administrators is part of this program. This program's strength emphasizes interaction between faculty and attendees. The sessions are designed to take advantage of the intimate setting, allowing for significant audience and faculty interaction to promote the exchange of ideas and opinions utilizing adult learning principles. This intimate meeting provides an excellent opportunity for exhibiting companies to network with ophthal- mologists and administrators in a relaxed setting. The venue allows for close proximity of exhibits and general sessions (within the same ballroom area), ensuring more interaction time during breaks. The meeting setting guarantees extensive exposure to attendees, and your personnel will be able to take advantage of the mix of exhibit and social settings to successfully network with a targeted group of ophthalmologists and administrators.
